Return Process

- Send the item back to our return address.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
If the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, Motiffa will cover the return shipping cost.

Return & Exchange Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original packaging, tags, and invoices must be included
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Discounted products
- Customized or altered items
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days
- The amount will be returned through the original payment method (Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa)
You will be notified once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges & Replacements
