Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Size & Article Exchange: If the delivered item matches the size and product you ordered, but you wish to exchange it for a different size or article, a Rs. 500 delivery charge will apply.

Procedure: To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team. Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Return Policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Timeframe: Any issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

Procedure: Please contact our customer support team with clear photos of the defective or incorrect item. After verification, we will guide you through the return process.

Refund: Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2 business days.

Exceptions

Items purchased during Sale or Clearance promotions are not eligible for exchange or return unless they are defective or an incorrect item has been delivered.

Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange or return.
