  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require telephonic verification before dispatch. However, Motiffa reserves the right to process verified COD orders without confirmation, especially during sales, new launches, or promotional campaigns.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
  • Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.

International Shipping

  • International orders are usually delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier services.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with your tracking details (where applicable). You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment throughout the delivery process.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
